At Odyo, we are committed to providing high-quality electronic gadgets. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges except in cases of damaged items. Please read our policy carefully to understand the conditions under which we can process a return and refund.

Eligibility for Returns:
- Only items that are damaged upon arrival are eligible for return.
- You must submit your return request within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
- The item must be in its original packaging and include all accessories and documentation.
Process for Returns:
- Inspect Your Item: Please inspect your item immediately upon receipt.
- Contact Us: If your item is damaged, contact our customer service team at support@theodyo.com or at 8104408935 within 48 hours of receiving the item. Provide your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a detailed description of the issue.
- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item.
- Shipping: Follow the provided instructions to ship the item back to us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Refund Policy
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-3 working Days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank and credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Important Notes:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage upon arrival.
- All return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Replacement Policy:
- If we have stock of the damaged product, once your query is raised within 48 hours, our courier partner will pick up the damaged product and hand over the new parcel within 7-10 working days.
- The replacement process involves first picking up the damaged product. Once the damaged product reaches our warehouse, we will ship the new product.
- If the product is not available, we will refund the amount within 48 hours of the product reaching our warehouse.
